How do I start?
First, sign up for Rockads. Choose your platform and start quickly. You can contact Rockads representatives anytime for help.
When will I receive my ad account?
After completing registration, payment, and providing all required info about your business and ads, the authorization process starts within 1 business day.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay with credit cards or bank transfers. We accept Stripe, Wise, and Payoneer accounts for payments. For crypto payments, please contact our support team.
What happens if my ad asset gets banned?
We'll try to identify the issue first. Then, we'll contact platform representatives to appeal. Usually, we get positive responses or guidance. Meanwhile, you can buy new assets or wait for platform's decisions.
What happens to my balance if my account is closed?
If your account is closed, the balance in the account is transferred to your Rockads Balance account. You can use it for other ads or request a refund.
